Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research or famously known as IGIDR is one of the top institute to pursue Masters in Economics in India. It is known for its research work and is fully funded by the Reserve Bank of India for carrying out research on development issues. IGIDR M.Sc. course was started in 2003 to introduce students to the world of research at an earlier stage.
Its known as IGIDR M.Sc. Economics course and not IGIDR MA Economics.

IGIDR M.Sc. Economics is a two-year course, which emphasis on imparting analytical and problem solving skills for students.
