Ambedkar University MA Economics Entrance Eligibility
The Eligibility Criteria is as follows :
Any bachelor's degree with at least 45% marks (or an equivalent grade) from a recognized University (relaxation of 5% of marks for candidates belonging to ST/ SC/ PwD categories).
Ambedkar University MA Economics Entrance Exam Pattern
There are two parts to the entrance examination:
1. a written test of 75 marks; and
2. a viva-voce of 25 marks.
The written test will have two sections :
Section A
Type - MCQ
Questions - 30
Duration - One hour
Mode - On an OMR sheet
Marking - 1 mark each, with negative marking for incorrect answers.
Section B
Type - Short-answer-type questions testing subject knowledge, analytical skills and writing skills of the candidates.
Important Note
Every candidate must carry a HB pencil, black or blue ballpoint pen, eraser. Calculators and other electronic devices are not allowed. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the written test will be called for a viva-voce. The final offers will be made on the basis of the performance of the written test and the viva examination.
