RBI Grade B Exam is considered one of the most important exams in the banking fraternity. Further, the RBI Grade B DEPR is considered one of the most important after or along with Indian Economic Service Exam for all the Economics Specialists out there.
RBI Grade B DEPR which means Department of Economic & Policy Research has its own eligibility criteria which is different from RBI Grade B General or RBI Grade B DSIM.

Eligibility for RBI Grade B DEPR
The eligibility for RBI Grade B DEPR is mentioned below, along with important notes:-
A Master's Degree in Economics / Econometrics / Quantitative Economics /Mathematical Economics / Integrated Economics Course/ Finance, with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters /years from a recognized Indian or Foreign University /Institute; OR
PGDM/ MBA Finance with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters /years from a recognized Indian or Foreign University /Institute; OR
Master’s Degree in Economics in any of the sub-categories of economics i.e. agricultural/ business/ developmental/ applied, etc., with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters /years from a recognized Indian or Foreign University /Institute.
Important Notes:
# SC, ST and PwBD candidates having second class with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters / years in Master's Degree examination or equivalent recognized qualifications are eligible to apply.
