Indian Institute of Foreign Trade or popularly known as IIFT. About IIFT Economics Department
The Economics Department at IIFT takes care of different activities like conducting research work on different issues of economics including trade policy and provide research based policy inputs to the Government and Industry. In terms of MA Economics Course, IIFT launched its first MA Economics course with Specialisation in Trade and Finance at both its campuses Delhi and Kolkata on Aug 01, 2018 with a total of 30 students joining its first batch.

IIFT MA Economics Entrance Exam Eligibility Criteria The Minimum qualification for admission at IIFT's MA Economics - Specialization in Trade & Finance Course is:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with (a) at least 50 per cent marks in aggregate [45 per cent in case of candidates belonging to Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disability (PWD) categories] and (b) mathematics at the higher secondary or higher level. No Age limit.
• Candidates who are in final year of graduation are also eligible to apply.
