GATE Economics started in 2021 and with every passing year, the importance and number of participation for GATE Economics Entrance Exam is increasing only. This year's GATE 2024 organizing institution is IISc Bengaluru. GATE is organized and conducted by the GATE Committee which includes faculty members from institutions like IISc and seven other IITs on behalf of the National Coordination Board (NCB), Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India.

GATE 2024 details were released by Indian Institute of Science or popularly known as IISc, Bengaluru on August 17, 2023. GATE exam for this year will be held on February 3, 4, 10, and 11, 2024 and it will have 30 papers. This year's GATE registration started from 31st August, 2023. Pre-requisite required for GATE Economics Form

There are few important points for filling GATE Economics Form which are as follows:

1. Active Mobile Number

2. Active Email Address

3. Graduation certificate details

4. Clear and recent Passport size photograph of the applicant

5. Scanned signature of the applicant

6. A valid Photo ID, which is also clearly scanned

In case of GATE Economics 2024, IIT Madras is taking admission for its MSc Economics course since 2023.
